They are very accommodating and are not turning and burning patients so they are able to work surgically and perform procedures painlessly. The team at Cascade Family Dental is the best I've ever encountered. The customer service is friendly, efficient and skilled. I had 2 fillings replaced. Dr. Oliva completed the work in an hour, I had a wonderful show on National Parks to watch (on the ceiling) and there was NO PAIN! and when I got home, there was no discomfort. I will go back again and I highly recommend them.
I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, and I was so nervous to go in for my cleaning. Dr. Medina was SO gentle and nice and calmed my nerves within minutes. He checks in regularly to make sure you are okay and comfortable. The office is beautiful and the TV above head is a nice distraction. I went in 1 week later for fillings, and again super gentle and quick. I am no longer scared of the dentist! Thank you Dr. Medina!

I was a bit anxious coming in being that I haven’t been to the dentist in a while, as I entered the office I was greeted by David and he was super kind. Dr. Oliva was also super kind and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. A very professional, kind, comforting environment overall.

My daughter and I was blown away by the delicious smell when we walked through the door. The beautiful lobby looks fresh out of an interior decorating magazine. I was so impressed I asked Dr. Oliva if that was her decorating and of course it was. The exam and cleaning was extremely comfortable, especially with the extra touch of watching the moving art on the screen placed perfectly above the chair. Dr. Medina even put on Stanger Things for my 13 year old! We are so happy to have found this office, which was completely by coincidence! The perfect feeling of family along with exceptional professionalism!

Best dentist ever. They really have a focus on the patient, the staff is super friendly, there’s coffee, tea and water as well as a TV in the cozy waiting room. The cleanings there have always been gently but thorough. Dr. Oliva always remembers me and what’s happening in my life. My favorite part is there are TV’s above your head so as you get a cleaning you get to watch beautiful scenery from nature shows on Netflix. It’s very calming. All the staff seems to be bilingual in English and Spanish too. 10/10 would recommend l!

I was very pleased with all the care, service and truth of my situation, I called my husband to let him know to go there.
this was my very first visit and Dr. Oliva was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that she took the time to make me feel at ease. She also took time to explain everything that was going on with my teeth and gave me several options to choose from. I like that she used the terminology I like that she put herself against an issue and said “if this was me, I would go this route”, but she always said no matter what I chose she would work with me. She knew I was nervous due to having a sore tooth and she took extra care to make me feel less stressed. I thought that her cleaning was very thorough. I felt like I had clean teeth when I left her office and there have been times I have left a dentist and did not feel like my teeth were clean at all. My biggest concern was I needed a dentist that would help me fix all of my teeth issues One by one. I had a couple of experiences with other dentists who felt they needed to clean my teeth make around in there and send me to their receptionist to get the bill for how much it would cost to fix everything. Which is fine except I still left out of there without my broken tooth fixed which was the reason I came to see them. They were more concerned with making sure that I was going to get all of this work done before fixing the one problem I had and because of this, I allowed that to sway me from going to the dentist (totally on me) and then I lost my insurance and now I am left with having to have a root canal. Had the first dentist just fixed my tooth I would not have had a root canal on top of a crown! Dr Oliva and her assistant were both very nice and comforting.
